About the event
This three-hour CPD session, followed by a networking event, is designed to provide practical insights from leading professionals, including:
- The Honourable Justice Kent & the Honourable Justice Murphy – Drafting and crafting orders.
- Jennifer Veitch from Pilot Partners & Naomi Lewis from Lewis and Trovas Family Lawyers – Reading financials and completing a Financial Statement.
- A speaker to be announced-Â Career advice and pathways in law.
About the scholarship
Each scholarship will cover:
- event registration fee
- one night’s accommodation at the luxurious Crystalbrook Vincent at Howard Smith Wharves
- return travel to Brisbane (either a return flight from your closest airport to Brisbane CBD; or if driving, a $250 travel allowance to cover your fuel and parking).
To apply, you must:
Be an early career practitioner less than three years PAE (admitted on or after 8 May 2022). Work at a practice located more than 300km from the Brisbane CBD.Â
