The Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland (FLPA) has welcomed new president Clarissa Rayward at their Annual General Meeting held on 28 October 2014.
Incumbent president Trent Waller handed over the reins to Ms Rayward who is director of the Brisbane Family Law Centre, while Fiona Caulley who is a senior associate with Phillips Family Law, became FLPA’s new vice-president.

“We are strongly focussed on supporting our members and expanding the quality and quantity of services so that we continue to be a strong and relevant organisation.”
A passionate advocate for collaborative law, Ms Rayward has extensive experience in separation and divorce and is the author of the successful ‘Happy Family Lawyer’ blog which provides weekly commentary and tips on issues relating to divorce.
She was admitted to practice in 2003 and was elected to the FLPA board in 2008. She has been vice-president of the association since 2012.
