Hague Convention matters (Murray Green, Lisa Foley, Nicole Fitzgibbon)

The Commonwealth Government amended the relevant Regulations in December 2022 to provide that family violence can be considered by a Court when deciding whether to return a child under the Hague Convention. In this Twilight webinar, the panel address questions around family violence and the Hague Convention, including:
