This FLPA Twilight seminar shows participants through the preparation of financial matters and involves discussion and insights into:

• What good preparation requires for presentation of financial matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and in an arbitration setting.
• The recent changes to the case management system in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (including the launch of the major complex financial proceedings list) and what additional or alternate preparations and considerations are now required.
